Rental Rates

• July 1 – August 7: €350 / night
• August 8 – August 16: €400 / night
• From August 16: €350 / night

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:30 PM
• Check-out: By 9:00 AM

Rental Conditions

• The minimum stay is 7 nights.
• The apartment is rented as a whole, with no option to rent individual rooms.
• Upon booking confirmation, a 50% deposit is required. See Terms and Conditions!
• The remaining balance must be paid before check-in, either by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
• Two parking spaces are included.
• If you only need one parking space, you will receive a €150/week discount.

How to Make a Reservation

To book, visit the reservation app on our website and select your desired dates.
Once your reservation is completed, you will be contacted by phone or email for confirmation and further details.
